FLYING TO ISRAEL FRIDAY AND SATURDAY

Left at 8:00 am Friday morning from Phoenix, bound for NY. 6 hour layover in NY. Left NY at 9 pm and arrived at Ben Gurion airport at 3 pm on Saturday. Long flight. We didn't get much sleep. We taxied to our hotel in Tel Aviv, the Sea Executive Suites which sits on the Mediterranean Sea.

Ate dinner at an Irish restaurant called Mike's Place. Food was good and prices were good and people were friendly. Packed on this Saturday night. Noisy Sports Bar with loud rock music. Not for old people but our young hearts enjoyed it! Then zonked out at 8:30. We were tired! Comfy beds.
